If you choose Overnight shipping then the refund is not accepted as your order is shipped within 30 minutes.

If you choose Express shipping then you are eligible for refund only if you cancel the order within 2 hours of placing it.

If your order has been shipped then you cannot claim for a refund.

We do not accept return of order as the quality of the returned medicine cannot be verified.

Also, we do not entertain returns/refunds if the customer has provided us with an incorrect shipping address. So we request you to provide us with the correct shipping address to avoid any inconvenience.
