- The customers are liable to get a full refund if the order is not delivered on time or if it is cancelled before the confirmation. If the order is confirmed and you cancel it then only half the amount (50%) is refunded.
- The refund is not approved if the delivery address given to us is incorrect or nullified
- If the customer renders the above requirements then can raise a refund or re-shipping via email or live chat and are responsible for giving the valid order number for the issue caused.
Note: Your cancellation and refund issue will be taken into regard only if the order is cancelled before 2 hours of its dispatch.
